My 50 years in the tech industry has exposed me to a wide variety of technology platforms and IT methodologies. But I have also had the privilege of working in and with many industry segments, including manufacturing, CPG, retail, hospitality/entertainment, heathcare, financial services and public sector. Additionally I have worked with organizations around the globe.

My focus areas for the last ten years are employee experience and customer experience, and the intersection between the two. Add to that my knowledge of digital experience technologies, and my goal is to assist you in delivering the most effective 'total experience' possible.
